Notary Appointment Service

In order to establish a company in Germany or purchase a ready-made German company, you will need the assistance of a notary. Our office will, of course, handle the appointment scheduling with the notary on your behalf and strive to secure the earliest possible date so that your new company can be registered in your name as quickly as possible.

However, it is important to note that if we schedule an appointment with the notary and, for any reason, the client is unable to attend, we are still required to pay for the notary’s time. This fee is typically around 500 EUR for a full hour. Therefore, in light of this information, we can only book a notary appointment for our clients if they transfer at least 500 EUR in advance as a deposit. Once this amount has been credited to our account, the client can quickly proceed to the notary’s office to sign the company documents.
